Madam scandal, and the associated sordid elements about what he paid prostitutes to do for him. It would be nearly impossible to ask any other meaningful questions after that one, though, since it would obviously constitute a piece of negative information about Vitter likely to influence further responses. Still, it would give an interesting look into how much his 'family values' supporters actually care about personal behavior and how much is just IOKIYAR (It's OK If You're A Republican).
