You can't just give the Triangle all the credit for Obama's win or popularity.<br />In the mountains, Obama won Boone, Asheville, their respective counties and Jackson County. He won Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Greensboro/ High Point, Fayetteville and all their respective counties by large margins. You must be including many rural, outlying counties in addition to the core counties of each NC "region".<br />It is much more accurate to look at the counties and cities individually.<br /><br />PPP is based in the Triangle, so your blog-post does not surprise me...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
