Which means if the economy doesn't improve he will lose. The problem for the GOP is that George W. Bush and the establishment damaged their brand and split them up in 3 factions. The good news for the 4 GOP candidates is that they are viewed more favorably than the generic Republican.<br />Don't forget that re-election is about the incumbent. Obama is not going to lose 5 months into his term when people personally like him. Obama won in 2008 because of Bush and will have to run on his own record. Above 50% for incumbent is a sure victory.Tbonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12338737135106095835noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799451770086337664.post-28677145306622910682009-06-18T23:16:28.640-05:002009-06-18T23:16:28.640-05:00Still waiting for the DailyKos homepage to show th...Still waiting for the DailyKos homepage to show the updated approval ratings.Devinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02881114211035199877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2799451770086337664.post-28231817715684269192009-06-18T17:10:25.507-05:002009-06-18T17:10:25.507-05:00If Obama is up only eight points against Newt, tha...If Obama is up only eight points against Newt, that's a bad sign.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11334808697792607282noreply@blogger.com
