Are the birthers nonpartisan?

Well... He was born in Baton Rouge, so apparently he is naturally born. I guess crazy Democrats can be just as racist (as I'm assuming this is born from Jindal being Indian-American).
Jindal's parents werent born here. He was born in Baton Rouge, LA. He actually has a birht certificate to prove it.
Funny, I thought Baton Rouge was still part of the US. Did it get retroceded back to France?
