Democrats and Republicans in North Carolina don't agree on much these days but they're on the same page when it comes to the need for a vote on the state's judicial nominees.
58% think the Senate should take a vote on the nominations as soon as possible with only 16% opposed and 26% having no opinion. The support for an up or down vote in a timely manner holds true among Democrats (64/12), independents (60/16), and Republicans (49/21).
Jim Wynn's nomination was approved last week but Albert Diaz's is still pending.
